EVENTS & CLUB NIGHTS – KEEP ME INFORMED alncn@aol.com 01472 851674 EXTRACT FROM NACELLE We have to notify the General
Secretary of all Branch Rallies, publicly attended shows and even those put on
by individual Branch Members, where your motorcycles will be on show and the
Branch/Club name is displayed. You must also notify your Branch committee as
any claim made against organisers will concern the committees of both Branch
and Club and could involve all individual Members in the event of such
proceedings. This is of paramount importance in today’s world. We have to apply this 'belt
& braces' approach to all situations where the public is allowed access to
view. A good idea is if an interested enthusiast wants a closer look into the
roped area, then he/she is quietly warned that this is their responsibility -
"At their own risk", is probably the time honoured phrase.
