Brief Business History
The Company has been established since 1984. My wife and I took over the business in 1990. Average turnover over the last 5 years has been approx. £87K (excluding VAT) with an average Gross Profit percentage of approx. 60%. We operate from a rented industrial unit based close to Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, West Wales.
The Company has an excellent reputation for good quality and service which is borne out by the low advertising costs, many of our customers hearing of us from 'word of mouth'. We also have 'contract' work with local authorities, health authorites and larger local companies and feature on preferred suppliers lists.
The business is being offered for sale as a 'going concern' and as such will include stock and manufacturing equipment.

The Nature of Our Business
We sell and fit venetian, vertical and roller blinds.
Vertical and roller blinds are hand made in the unit. Specialised equipment is used in order to aid manufacture. Venetian blinds are bought in ready-made.
Through our Contract work we have supplied the Health Authority with curtains. We have previously supplied curtains to retail customers this is an area for possible expansion.
