I found that the lessons were well put together and structured. My Instructor was good and well organised. The Citroen C3 was a good vehicle to begin driving in. I passed my test first time with Arrow School of Motoring and took the Pass Plus course afterwards. I would recommend Pass Plus.

Before I started, the whole idea of driving lessons seemed a bit daunting. During my first lesson I was really nervous but soon learnet to relax. I found Michaela to be a lovely Instructor as she was kind, patient and took the time to explain things through thoroughly. As my lessons progressed so did my confidence. I found my driving test relatively straight forward due to many mock tests and practice sessions.

A huge thank you for helping me pass my driving test. I had started to think I would never pass. After giving up twice before with other Driving Instructors I was recommended to you and it was the best tChing I did. I found your method of instruction perfect for me, you were punctual and never cancelled a lesson. You were always calm and incredibly patient even when I felt near hysterics. I gradually built up my confidence with your help and finally passed my driving test at the ripe old age of 48.
I would, without hesitation, recommend you to anyone wishing to learn to drive.

Michaela was lovely, she encouraged me all the way through my lessons which I needed because I haven’t got a lot of confidence. She was always praising me for things that I did well. For the first lesson I was really nervous because obviously I didn’t know what to expect but she didn’t push me any further than I could be pushed. She went along with my level and that suited me. Anything that I was worried about I talked through with her. I actually suffer panic attacks and they just come on randomly and obviously that worried me with driving but I found it no problem with her. Anything that I needed to ask she gave me advice on, even what to take to calm your nerves and things like that. She was very helpful.
I really enjoyed learning to drive and I said to Michaela that if I could have afforded it I would have carried on, even though I’d passed, I just enjoyed going out with her. It was good.
I passed my test first time and went on to do the Pass Plus course as well.
