The Company started again on the 29th August 2005.  We have started with the Anchors which are for boys aged 5 until the end of primary 3.  30 Boys had arrived to become new members and everyone including the Officers and Helpers and Boys were deligted with the session.  We have decided that the maximum amount of members in the Anchors this year will be 35.
We have a warning system.  If a Boy has been warned about bad behaviour or if he has been missing for 2 weeks without proir notification will receive a warning.  If he recieves 3 warnings, he will be removed from the Company.

Activities
Anchor Boys.  The boys love playing games, making things, visiting the local emergency service stations and going to the local park to play football, rounders and treasure hunts.

Junior Section.  The Boys all have a badge work programme they have to follow.  This includes Adventure (camping, outdoor cooking, walking, skiing, fishing, mountain biking etc), Interests (painting, model making, computing, mime and drama, music), Physical (football competitions-local and national, swimming, diving, marching, running and gymnastics) and Community (help at home, first aid, home safety, drugs awareness, highway code, cycle safety, support a charity, wrap a parcel etc). There are hundreds of activities the Boys can do in the Junior Section.

Company Section. The Company Section is for the more adventurous kid!  Recently we have been to Aviemore to learn how to snowboard.  We go camping every year and learn how to defend ourselves in the wild.  We have been quad biking, mountain biking in the Cairngorms, walking up the highest hills in Caithness (705ft), abseiling, rock climbing, expeditions, exchange trips in Bavaria, competed against many teams from the Boys' Brigade in Scotland and thats only some of the wild stuff we have been up to!  If you would like to join at any time, just email or call us!!
