So you want to make a site like this one do you? Tired of reading other people's pages and getting bored and want your own? Well this easy guide article with tell you the secrets of making a Nintendo DS website!
Choose your site:
Do you want a fan site? A cheat site? A forum? Whatever it is, look at other related sites and choose carefully. When that is done plan your site on paper first! When you are happy, on with step two, designing a site!
Designing a site; design matters:
I have a good book on this which gives help and more help is given away on the net! But here are my tips:

Choose a colour scheme and keep it consistent, a bad colour scheme will ruin a web site or page! Don't try these; acid green text on yellow background, pink background and anything, white text, big picture text like word art for every sentence!

Keep it simple. If you can't do it, don't try it. Some sites are designed by professionals and are too good to be mimicked by individual personnel unless you are a total techno geek! Companies often use this approach, as do schools so watch out!

Simple is best. Filling a site with 89 pop ups, marquees, animations, forms, search engines, rollovers, alerts and applets will turn away more visitors than it would encourage!

It's your style. Find a style you like and you are good at. Don't just copy the designs and layouts of others!
Coding:
Get a book or read about it. My tip is to keep pages small and efficient so they use up less bandwidth. Some sites say not to use FrontPage but I use a different style of drawing to counter the doubts of extra code. My table pictures are TAED( Table Aided Embeddable Drawings) and use little bandwidth! Plus they can't be copied!

Write good Content:
Write good, original content, not copied and pasted stuff! Copying and pasting is what lazy people and researching college students do!
But remember, the best tip is to build a good site, eventually it will be popular!
