This will discuss my simple policy of external hyperlinks to this website and what pages cannot be linked to.

My simple response to external links to main pages? Yes. Simple as that. Do what you like in response to linking to pages. Even this simple page. ( But why link to a page about a personal policy of linking to page?) Tips for linking to HTML documents:
Good internal pages to link to:
Home page
Mario 64 DS sector home
Warioware Sector home
Cheat pages
Walkthrough page 1
Pages not to link to:
Walkthrough pages 2-4( let them read the start first!)
Help Sector( No personal problem but why link to another site's help section?)
Forum Rules( see help sector comment)
Character list
Character moves( copy it out yourself! It's a short page!)
This page
Articles( write your own articles and reviews!)
Tables, TAEDs, other documents:
If tables or Table Aided Embeddable Drawings, don't bother trying to 'deep link to it'. Just link to the page it's on. This is because it's plagiarism proofed.
Other documents, don't because they are probably not relevant for your own site!
Banner linking:
Make up your own banner to link to this site! Doesn't bother me. I don't have an advertising banner because the web space is free!
Images:
Don't. I don't want the site to shut down for a month because of bandwidth!
