The Legend of Zelda the Minish Cap!, Play it on Nintendo DS!
After finishing the two best games to date on Nintendo DS, you must be wondering what to play next, right? well, look no further as this page/pages covers the best game for the Game Boy Advance that you can play on the Nintendo DS! Read on for the facts, opinions, and how to smash up bosses from the Giant Green Chuchu to Vaati's Wrath! The general Areas of the Map From the Minish Woods. The Minish Woods: This area is the first ever area you're supposed to go in the story. Housing the Minish village and the Deepwood Shrine( the first dungeon), the area is home to only the simplest of enemies and easiest of puzzles! The mountaintops: The second area in the game that you're supposed to go, this area is very different from the last with towering mountains, vertical walls and hidden caves from the base to the summit. There's is also the mines and the Cave of Flames, the second dungeon. Be careful as the enemies are slightly tougher here and switching size is much more important in the searing heat of the second dungeon! The swamp and the Fortress of Winds The sacred resting place of the third dungeon, this marshy area is filled with deadly traps and evil enemies. On the contrary, the dungeon isn't that confusing, when you get the Mole Mitts. A brief word of warning though, shoot any skulls just lying about from afar and be wary of statues as many are Armos, a tough foe! Lake Hylia and the Temple of Droplets Although it seems like the last area, there's one thing you should know. It's....not. That was just a brief spoiler for anyone reading who wants to know when the game actually ends. Needing the well hidden flippers, this lakes holds a mysterious pedestal which looks almost like a tree stump. Shrinking while on it does....... Well, find out yourself! Don't be fooled by the temple though as it's much bigger that it looks, just step through the boss door to find out........ Royal Valley, the Cloud Tops and the Place of Winds While technically three areas, this portion of the game may surprise a normal player. The Royal Valley is the ever occurring in Zelda games, cemetary area with ghosts( Ghinis) and mummies( Gibdos). The waterfall area has a strange secret at the top while the cloud tops are the sky area not seen in the series, well ever. Finally, the Palace of Winds is the true resting place of the final element for the Four Sword. Hyrule Castle Or Dark Hyrule Castle actually. Since an earlier cutscene, Vaati attacked the King and turned him, and many servants and guards to stone in the dungeons. So after sneaking in, the mission is to rescue Zelda, who holds the... well that's too much information. A final word of warning: The enemies here are extremely powerful and may pose a challenge so bring some fairies and potions! Boss Guide: Giant Chuchu To defeat this extremely easy boss, suck away the base with the Gust jar. Then, wait until he falls over and hack away at the head. repeat a few times. Gleerok In the same family of monster as the multi-headed Gleeok from the original, this dragon is the second temple guardian. Just hit the dragon's face with Cane of Pacci and run onto here's shell when it flips, then attack the thing in the middle of his shell. Get away quick before he sinks into the lava! Giant Face and Hands Guarding the 3rd Dungeon, this boss is pretty tricky to beat. hit both hands with arrows first, then shrink. Enter the face and smash up the glowing pillar. The next time you enter, there will be sand. Dig to the flashing pillar and attack it. Repeat until boss is defeated! Giant Octorok I'm sorry. I generally don't remember. Gyorgs For this boss... wait, I though Gyorgs were sharks? Still, follow these tactics to win: When on the Red Gyorg: Attack the eyes appearing on the boss with a sword while jumping the tail with Roc's Feather. When on the blue Gyorg: Attack the eyes by cloning yourself with the Four Sword and attacking the eyes all at once with the sword. Dodge the energy balls and mini-gyorgs while you do this. Eventually the bosses with fall, and so will Link and a heart container will appear. Final Boss Stage 1: Attack the eyes around him while avoiding his attacks. Later, suck the darkness of the eyes with the Gust Jar while avoiding his attacks and after killing them again, attack the large eye. Repeat. Stage 2: Hit the eyes with arrows while avoiding him. Once four red eyes are revealed, attack them all at once by splitting into four Links. Then, attack the main eye. repeat until 'dead'. Escape the castle as it collapses. Then........ Stage 3: First, destroy the arms by flipping them with the cane when they come out the ground. Shrink and enter. Destroy the odd eye and exit again. Repeat for the other arm. Now, split into four Links and fire all four projectiles back at the four eyes. Attack the main one. Repeat until you win. Eventually. |
