Saturday mornings 10am to 11am starting May 10th 2008
We have half the pool before it opens to the public - wetsuits allowed
Pay £3.50 to coach on poolside at all swim sessions
OPEN WATER SWIMMING
Saturday morning practice sessions in a lake near Cirencester, members only
BIKING Bike Time Trials
Thursday evenings over 10 and 25 miles, and occasional Sundays, members only
Sunday Bike sessions
Whiteway session – to develop and maintain endurance on the bike
Meeting up in Charlton Kings this is an approximately 2-hour session. After warming up, an hour is spent working hard at an individual pace, followed by a sociable spin back in a group. Suitable for all abilities. NB 9.30am start time; slower group goes off at 9.15. Briefing at 9.10 for newcomers.
Cotswolds Hill session – tackling hills to improve strength

Starting promptly at 10.15am, about a 90-minute session in total with warm up and
warm down - doing reps up a local Hill. Suitable for all abilities.
