The master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite and a double bed.

The second bedroom is also en-suite and has two twin beds.

Both bedrooms have a large walk in cupboard (w.i.c)

The living room and lounge each have a comfortable double sofa bed.

We always do our best to ensure that everything will be to your satisfaction. Our local representatives are very conscientious and will do all they can to assist should you have an unfortunate emergency.

Our Guests are given free use of the facilities of meadow wood Golf & Country Club about 200 yards away. The golf course is immediately behind the villa and you will be able to play free golf (not including rental of buggy), free swimming and tennis. There are two complete sets of Golf clubs and eight tennis racquets with tennis balls  in the Villa. There is also a fenced children's playground at the club.

The villa is situated in a very quiet area but is convenient to the 417 Expressway which links to all the local attractions in about 15-20 minutes and to Busch Gardens (75 mins) and Kennedy Space Centre (75 mins).

There are shops and restaurants only a few minutes away which will satisfy all your needs 24 hours a day.
