LOCATION
Whether working,visiting friends, relatives or tourist, Clack Mill Farm cottage is perfectly situated on the borders of South Gloucestershire, Bristol and Bath. Adjoining the owner's home of 37years, on a family run smallholding/riding school, in an area of historical natural beauty, a country setting yet not isolated. Clack Mill as the name denotes was originally an early 15th Century Mill, it has been converted into a high 3 Star Visit Britain Graded self-catering cottage. Willsbridge is set in the Avon Valley 6 miles between Bristol/Bath.
CLACK MILL COTTAGE
Welcome to Clack Mill self catering cottage, providing good quality, comfort and cleanliness at reasonable rates. It is warm and homely has 2 twin/double bedrooms with a double sofa bed in the spacious L shaped sitting room, with TV/Video/DVD and a flame effect fan heater, the bathroom has bath, shower cubical,WC and basin (linen & towels are included), a well equipped dining kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, electric cooker, and iron. Also hair dryers, radio/CD, use of Gaile's washing machine, a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and all cleaning materials. Children are welcome, a cot & high chair are available, please tell us when booking. The elecricity is by meter reading, this is charged at standard tariff (£5.00 free electicity p.w. is included, also central heating October to May and a weekly clean). Smoking inside the cottage is not permitted, outside are ashtrays a lawn with garden furniture and ample car parking, sorry we are unable to accept pets. Discount for 2 people occupancy using one bedroom. Short breaks are available min 3 nights.
PLACES TO VISIT
CLACK MILL is ideal for the tourist with Bath 10 minutes away by car. The Mendips, Cheddar Caves, Wells, Glastonbury and Lacock offer many other attractions, which are a short drive away. On the door step are walks along the River Avon, a must for the ornithologist also public houses serving food. Within the village is Avon Valley Railway/Cycle path, Willsbridge Mill and shop/garage. Keynsham as a market town, is just 1 mile away with park, leisure centre & pool. Approximately 1.05 miles Aspects leisure park has Cinama, Tenpin Bowling, Restaurants also a pool and the A4175 Ring Road to M4/M5 motorways Wales & South West.

Terms and Conditions
All bookings must be accompanied with a 25% deposit (non - refundable), with the remainder of the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Check-in from 4pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out before 10am on the day of departure.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel your reservation, the following charges will be payable by you.
Please notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will make every effort to re-let the cottage, if successfull all money will be refunded minus the 25% deposit and a £20.00 handling fee. If unsuccessfull full payment will be due.
We would advise you to arrange cancellation insurance.
