SKIRT, WAC, WINTER, ENLISTED WOMEN’S
A wool covert skirt in the same style as skirt, WAC, summer.
SKIRT, SERVICE, TROPICAL-WORSTED, NURSES’, DARK od
This skirt is constructed of strong, durable, summer-weight fabric, olive drab No. 51. It is worn with the jacket, service, tropical-worsted, nurses’, dark od, and cap, service, tropical-worsted, nurses’ dark od.
SKIRT, WOOL, od, DARK, WOMEN’S OFFICERS’
A six-gore, barathea skirt with narrow buttoned waistband and sufficient hem to allow for possible alteration. It is worn with the winter jacket.
SKIRT, WAC, SUMMER
A cotton twill skirt for wear with jacket, summer. It is a six gore skirt with side closure and buttoned belt.
SKIRT, WOOL, DRAB, LIGHT-SHADE, WOMEN’S OFFICER’S
A six-gore, barathea wool skirt to be worn with jacket, wool, od women, officers’. It has a narrow buttoned waistband, slide fastener closure and sufficient hem to allow for possible alteration.
SKIRT, WAC, SUMMER, TROPICAL WORSTED, KHAKI
An all-wool tropical worsted skirt for wear with jacket, summer. The skirt has six gores with side closure and buttoned belt.
SLACKS, COTTON, SEERSUCKER, NURSE’S
Tailored slacks made in brown and white seersucker, with darts at the waistline for proper fit; left side closure and one slash pocket in the right side seam. A sufficiently wide hem is allowed for alteration in length. They are to be worn with the shirt, cotton, seersucker, nurse’s.
TROUSERS, HERRINGBONE TWILL, WOMEN’S, SPECIAL
Trousers, herringbone twill, women’s, special are well fitted slacks to be worn with shirt, herringbone twill, for field work and also for mosquito protection. They may be worn with or without leggings, have adjustable button closure on each side of waistband and two large pockets. To be worn with shirt, herringbone, twill, women’s special.
TROUSERS, WOOL, LINER, WOMEN’S
A wool fitted slack to be worn alone or under trousers, women’s, outer cover, for extra warmth.
TROUSERS, WOMEN’S, OUTER COVER
Cotton fabric, wind resistant and water repellent slacks, for field work and outdoor wear in cold climates; adjustable closure on waistband to permit proper fit when worn over the trousers, women’s, wool, liner.
SLACKS, WOMEN’S, SUMMER, DARK od
Tailored slacks to provide more complete protection than skirts. The fabric and color match jacket, service, tropical-worsted, nurses’, dark od.
SLACKS, WOMEN’S WINTER, DARK od
Same design as the slacks, women’s, summer, dark od. Fabric and color match jacket, wool, od, women’s, officers’.
SLACKS, COTTON, KHAKI, WOMEN’S
These slacks are made with plain seams with outlets on seat seam and the raw edges are over edge stitched. There is a separate waistband to button on left side; pocket at right side; placket opening with two buttons for closing at left side. The slacks have turned under hems at leg bottoms are worn with shirt, cotton, khaki.
