Yoga class information
Derek offers a series of regular Yoga classes designed to enable staged progression from very gentle therapeutic yoga, meditation and relaxation sessions through to dynamic flowing vinyasa Yoga classes.
For those students with a sincere interest in development, opportunities exist for progression to professional Yoga teacher status.
Accredited British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma : (An Internationally recognised qualification).

Monday 10.30am - noon. Start the week - Gentle Drop-in
7.00pm - 8.30 pm Unwind from work. General Drop-in
Tuesday 7.00pm - 9.00 (Foundation Course)
9.00pm - 10.30 (Forum - by invitation)
Wednesday 1.00 - 2.30pm Dynamic. Intermediate Drop-in.
Thursday 10.30am - noon. Very gentle. Drop-in.
