Samoens is a quiet village listed as a "Monument Historique" in a beautiful area in the Alps known as Haute-Giffre in South East France.
Near both the Swiss and Italian borders, Samoens is approximately an hours drive from Geneva airport. Mont Blanc is a short drive away and you can be in Switzerland, or Italy via the Mont Blanc tunnel in about an hour.
Whether you prefer an activities holiday or simply sitting around the nearby pool enjoying the stunning mountain scenery or walking around one of the many nearby local lakes, Samoens has something for everyone, summer and winter
