DOUBLE ROOMS £65 PER NIGHT. (£35 SOLE OCCUPANCY).
This is a unique place to stay. It's a natural haven for wild-life which in this day and age is not so easy to observe. Thee property is a 17th centuary stone farmhouse set along a quiet country lane way off the beaten track, very quiet and tranquil and peaceful. It is 12 miles to Hereford, 6 miles to Bromyard or Leominster, 19 miles from Worcester M5J7.
The farmhouse is set amidst 15 acres of organic natural flower meadows containing several duckponds. There are loads of ducks, geese, chickens and rabbits kept as pets on the land that roam around freely. It is interesting to watch them interact with each other in a safe natural environment. If you like bird watching, bring your binnoculars (and some loaves of bread to feed them with - if you don't mind getting mobbed by a feathered creatures).
In the summer it's lovely to see wild flowers and wild-life in abundance, safe and secure, in a natural haven. The sploshing of the water (from ducks paddling and bathing) is like the splashing of waves at the coast - so the noise is like being at the seaside.
In winter there is miles of crisp white snow and the place is quiet and still. It looks just like the front of a Christmas card.
The hens and ducks lay eggs all over the place (often underneath guests cars) so you can eat as many free range eggs as you like!!
Take some home with you too.

ACCOMODATION:
There are only two letting rooms. Both are large rooms with double beds. One room is on the top floor. One is on the first floor. Both have private bathrooms. The owners (middle aged husband and wife) live on the ground floor and rarely venture upstairs, so you have loads of privacy on the upper floors. The views from all windows are over miles of open farmland.
It's a private family home, so the atmosphere is very cosy, safe, secure and friendly - not at all stuffy and cold like a hotel.
Breakfast consists of cornflakes/milk, eggs, baked beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast/butter/jam/honey. Tea or cofee. Sorry, but no bacon or sausages as we are vegetarians.
This is a no-smoking house, so please, no smoking in the rooms or house. However, you may smoke outside in the grounds, but please don't chuck dog-ends down on the ground because the ducks think they are worms and eat them and become very, very sick. Thank you for cooperating.
