This year’s competition is officially launched on March 1st. and closes in July 2007
Entries are invited from adults and young people.

Mere is an excellent base for a short break - nestling beneath the Downs it is steeped in history and full of secrets and surprises. While you take up your literary pursuits, the rest of the family can explore, climb Castle Hill, walk on White Sheet Nature Reserve, go clay pigeon shooting or visit nearby Stourhead Gardens or Longleat House.
