Andy Trudeau grew up playing with and being unwittingly hexed by the Charmed Halliwell sisters. He later became Prue’s high school sweetheart and that spark rekindled when he returned to San Francisco to accept a job as an inspector. His love for her grew, despite the frustrating feeling that she was keeping a huge and terrible secret from him.
