Welcome to NAZE NEWS, the newsletter of The Naze Protection Society, Walton-on-the-Naze.
The Naze Protection Society is a charitable trust formed in 1997 whose primary aim is to function as an environmental pressure group for the public benefit to conserve and preserve the area known as The Naze, Essex, and to secure its protection from erosion.

The primary function of NAZE NEWS is to stimulate awareness of the threat posed to features of public and historical interest on The Naze - and to record the Society's efforts to secure their protection.
Furthermore, the Society aims - through the newsletter - to stimulate awareness of the the threat posed by erosion of The Naze to the Walton Backwaters National Nature Reserve, and to record the Society's efforts to secure the protection afforded by The Naze to the Reserve, to the Town of Walton-on-the-Naze, and to the surrounding Communities.
