This tranquil B&B is light, airy and homely with a fantastic warm welcome; situated in a quaint Surrey village, backing onto a beautiful expanse of merging commons, offering breath taking walks and scenery within the renowned Area of Outstanding Beauty known as the Surrey Hills, www.surreyhills.org. Anstey's also offers a wide range of pamper and health treatments to ensure your break is something special! Bed and breakfast rooms are on the first floor; solely for the use of guests. Cleanliness and tidiness of bedrooms and bathroom are always maintained to the highest standard, often commented by appreciative guests. The rooms are tastefully decorated with comfy beds, luxurious feather pillows and duvets, TV, and in one room Sky is also available. However if you have an allergy to feather, please let it be known on booking so that a hypoallergenic alternative can be used. Selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate, bottled water and snacks are also available in the rooms. For more photos click on Anstey's B&B Breakfast will be served either in the relaxing, light conservatory overlooking the garden or in the warmth and welcome of the aga in the kitchen. The veritable feast known as breakfast consists of: - Fruit, juice, cereals, yogurt, porridge, Full English or variation of, kippers, toast, tea or coffee. (Vegetarians are happily catered for as well as special diets where possible). Local produce is used whenever possible and free range eggs are always used! If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know on booking and we will be happy to help. The nearby local farm shop, Secrett's is also a must to visit with its immense array of tasty foods; ideal for presents or for yourselves to indulge on. Where are we situated? Elstead is situated 10 minutes South of Guildford along the A3, between Godalming and Farnham, on the B3001. We are also near the M3 and Farnborough via a scenic, country route. Owing to Elstead's central location, I will adjust the directions accordingly to suit your journey and forward on booking. Or look up GU8 6EL at www.viamichelin.co.uk. Surrounding Area Ideally positioned in a quaint Surrey village, a short walk to the village green, fantastic pubs and restaurants and some breathtaking walks within the surrounding commons and the beautiful Surrey Hills. Also near the beautiful, historic, cobbled towns of Farnham, Godalming, Guildford, Haslemere, and Petworth, which offer a wealth of sightseeing opportunities, National Trust or a chance to peruse the interesting array of shops, ranging from clothes, cookshops, furniture or antiques "mecca". These are definitely places not to be missed. This makes Surrey a perfect place to retreat or use as a base for business. Rates: £30pppn (an additional £10 or £5 for single occupancy for guests staying 1 night or more, respectively). Currency converter is here to help if needed. (At peak times, the price may increase, however this would be highlighted to you on booking). Please note we are happy to welcome children (however any damage will be added to your bill) but we regret that we cannot accept pets at this stage. Booking Deposit: £35 minumum deposit (non refundable) is required on booking to reserve your room. Payment must be either in the form of cheque or stirling cash only. Parking - We have the luxury of easy parking both off road and in quiet cul-de-sac. In addition, Nicky is a fully trained, nutritionist and professional holistic therapist working in Elstead and the Godalming, Farnham, Guildford area. She specialises in therapeutic, deep tissue massage; sports' massage; reflexology; Reiki healing and beauty treatments such as facials. So if you have any aches or pains or simply want to unwind and relax, then let Nicky pamper you with a well needed treatment.
