Parham Model Flying Club is a new club set up
in the middle of East Suffolk, UK,
using a dedicated area on Parham Airfield.
Also known as Framlingham, the airfield was built for the US Air
Force's Flying Fortresses
but has long ago reverted largely to agriculture.
The model flying site provides a space free of obstructions for a long distance,
and we have use 7 days a week, from 9.30 am to dusk. The runway surface is
grass.
The club is affiliated to the British Model
Flying Association,
and all club members must be BMFA members,
with the associated insurance.
All BMFA safety rules and guidance will be applied.

The club supports the
Parham Airfield Museum.
For further details
see the Parham Area page. |
Club membership is limited by invitation, and the site is only accessible
via a locked gate.
Please do not annoy our neighbours by attempting to visit without prior approval.
Only members will be permitted to fly at the site.
Site restrictions prevent the use of model helicopters. |
