Drums Made To Measure

Having played drums on many records,films,jingles etc,I would now like to offer this service to composers who are too busy to programme,or would like the drums to be a little more "made to measure"than loops alone can offer.

I have recorded for The Buggles {Video Killed The Radio Star} The Proclaimers {500 Miles} Swans Way {Soul Train} Tracy Ullman {They don"t Know about us} Paul McCartney, Van Morrison, Rod Stewart,Cleo Laine, Jan Hammer, Sniff "N" The Tears, The Kane Gang, The Art Of Noise, Mose Allison and many others. TV includes, Londons Burning, Absolutely Fabulous, Monarch Of The Glenn & One Foot In The Grave. I have also been travelling the world for the last 19 years with Nina Simone until her recent death. I have also been heard on many films such as The Spy Who Loved Me, A Fish Called Wanda, Insignificance and many more. Shows include The Lion King & Chicago. I was in the "house band" for the Princes Trust Concert at Wembley {a tribute to Trevor Horn) in November 2004, performing with Seal,Grace Jones, Lisa Stansfield, Buggles & many more. Currently a member of Mick Huttons "Boatrockers" & The Sarah Moule Trio (with Simon Wallace).

How It Works

You can e-mail me an mp3, or upload the audio to your server, {or mail me a cd}, I load it into Logic Pro 6, & play. I can return it to you as an already mixed stereo drum file, or, as 7 or 8 individual tracks. You can also e-mail me the drum part if you have it, or I can create one for you. The style will not be a problem, Hard Rock, Jazz, Pop, Latin, even left field Avant Garde or unusual time signatures, It has all been covered in my 35 years as a professional player. The drum sound, {Yamaha 9000} has been set up by Niall Acott from the Angel studios in London.Please e-mail me at the address below if you have an interest in this service.
