Perdio Empire

This radio wasn't of Perdio manufacture, but an example of badge engineering.  Made in Hong Kong, it measures 115 x 70 x 35mm.  The circuit is a two band superhet using germanium transistors with a conventional line-up of mixer/oscillator, 2 off IF amp, diode detector and audio amp. The output stage is conventional for the time: transformer coupled balanced push-pull.
