About The Pagan Federation
The Pagan Federation was founded in 1971 to provide information on Paganism and to counter misconceptions about the religion. The Pagan Federation works for the rights of Pagans to worship freely and without censure. Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, to which Britain is a signatory, states:

'Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.'

The Pagan Federation publishes a quarterly journal, Pagan Dawn, formerly The Wiccan, founded in 1968, and other publications. It arranges members-only and public events, and maintains personal contact by letter with individual members and with the wider Pagan community. An annual conference is held at the end of each November and there are regional gatherings throughout the year.

The Aims and Objectives of the Pagan Federation as set out in the Constitution are:
1.    To seek to support all Pagans in their personal and public life, to help ensure that they have the same rights as the followers of other beliefs and members of other religions.
2.    To promote a positive profile for Pagans and Paganism and to provide information on Pagan paths and beliefs to the media, official bodies and the greater community.
3.    To facilitate effective communication, education and dialogue within and between Pagan communities and with non Pagans, through publications and events.

'The Seething Cauldron':
Rituals, Essays, Dramas and Incantations on Druidry, Magick, Paganism,
Ritual Drugs, Sufism, Shamanism & Wicca.
By Payam Nabarz
Printed version: A softbound individually handmade limited edition of this book could be available. If interested email: nabarz@hotmail.com
Synopsis: In this collection of tales, essays, rituals, reviews, plays and poems, Payam Nabarz takes a down–to-earth look at contemporary spirituality. In an easy to read and no-nonsense fashion he explores multi-faceted mystical paths with references to popular cultural icons, making this an accessible read for all seekers.
"The Sufi ritual meal ceremony of 'Deeg-Jush' (1) translates as 'Seething Cauldron' or 'Boiling Cauldron' and like its Celtic equivalent: the Cauldron of Cerridwen, it symbolizes the transformation and change of the initiate as he/she becomes cooked in the cauldron. Seething is also a Nordic tradition technique (2) for making connection to the Dragon energy.”
The title of book intends to signify the similarity of the Nordic tradition, Druidy, Sufism and number of other magical traditions with their common motif of boiling/seething transformation of the seeker. Here material from number of traditions is placed into one boiling pot, emphasising each person needs to make their own journey.
Like grapes, we have always accompanied the vat.
From the view of the world, we have disappeared.
For years, we boiled from the fire of love
Until we became that wine which intoxicated the world.
-Sufi poet Dr.Nurbakhsh
