About PSN Associates
PSN have been involved in the recruitment of senior staff for the flavour and fragrance industries since the mid 1980’s. Since then, our work has expanded initially from a UK base, into Europe and over recent years our search assignments have come from industry clients in all parts of the world.
We have been retained by all the top-ten international houses as well as smaller national companies, and have helped them to make successful senior staff appointments in commercial, technical and creative positions. Over the last few years we have assisted in appointments for a range of roles from General Managers and Senior Commercial Staff, through Perfumers and Flavourists, to Applications and Evaluation.
For companies in the industry, our initial contact is often following a request to be kept informed of any senior staff who may be ready to consider a move. This service is free, though if an appointment being made, a fee would be payable. With our regular contacts throughout the industry, we are happy to keep you informed if any possible candidates is actively looking to move.
