All workshops and talks are led by Tricia Frances.
A Near Death Experience in 1991 led Tricia to develop a life changing technique for self-development leading her students to a more fulfilled and positive life. The technique is called Secret Garden, which she has now taught to hundreds of people in the UK and abroad. She has written a book and meditation tape to support this work.
Since this time Tricia has worked in Spain, Gibraltar and Ireland, as well as throughout Great Britain as a clairvoyant and spiritual counsellor. She has been facilitating personal development workshops for over 10 years,
She has also spent more than 25 years within creative and performing arts in a number of roles; cabaret artist, singer, theatre company director, script writer and lyricist, costumier, dancer – to name but a few! Tricia has, over the years, had many articles and poems published and is working on a series of Vegan cooking books.
At present she is investigating the Human Psyche, and how we have both positive and negative influences within us, which affect our lives, personalities and our everyday world. She is interested in how our lives can change by adjusting our attitude or thinking. To develop this she has made a number of sculptures and paintings and has written extensively about the subject over the past few years. Her current emphasis is on Angels, our beliefs and the struggle between Light and Dark.
Tricia has qualifications in playwork, youth leading, and adult Ed, and is currently taking a BA and MA in Education and Psychology. She is a qualified Life coach, has several counselling and guidance qualifications, an Advanced Diploma in Education (Special Needs), is an NVQ assessor and trained in complementary medicine.
She was founder Director of The Light Foundation, a charitable organisation that ran for 10 years, until December 2001, helping British and Native American children in need and providing multicultural educational experiences for children and adults.
