Villa Annabel is situated within walking distance of the Atalaya Park Hotel, near San Pedro, Marbella, Spain, where all the usual facilities and activities of a first class hotel can be found. There are bars and shops within walking distance with the local town of San Pedro being a 7 minute drive by car.
Villa Annabel is well equiped and accommodates a party of up to 8 in four bedrooms. With its own swimming pool in a secluded garden, the villa is serviced by a maid and gardener twice a week.

Casa Margarita is situated beachside of El Rosario between Los Monteros and Don Carlos hotels. The beach is just 4 minutes walk and supermarkets 6 minutes. The centre of Marbella is just a short bus ride or just 10 minutes drive by car.
This beautiful villa accommodates a party of up to 7 in four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This villa is the second home for a family in the UK and so is very well equiped.
From the terraces on the first floor, there is a fantastic sea view from which you can
see Africa and Gibraltar.
