Pure bred Poultry.
As another diversification, but more as a hobby and fresh egg producer for the farmhouse, we also run a couple of pure bred poultry flocks.
Double laced Barnevelder and Buff Orpingtons are both bred pure with eggs, young stock and adult birds usually available.
We have shown birds in the past with reasonable success and are happy that the quality of our birds is such that they could go again, although finding the time is a problem.
