About the Group

Tuatha De Bridget is a group of people in the Greater Glasgow area, who meet up to celebrate and hold ceremonies at other times of the year which are not covered by the Druid Grove in Glasgow, Scotland, called 'Caer Clud'.
On the whole, all are also members of Caer Clud, but the difference is that this started off as a smaller group. However its growing all the times. BR> We could best describe this ritual group as 'Druidcraft' rather than pure Druid!
Membership is on the whole available to all the members of Caer Clud and any Wiccans in the area, some folks will be here by recommendation of other members. However, we do like to either know you, have met you or know about you. Its a very personal thing to stand 'hand to hand and heart to heart' with people, and we all need to feel comfortable together.
There is an agreement that this is separate from other groups, and that rituals and meetings will not be held for any of the Festivals that Caer Clud are running. In all, between the Caer Clud Grove and Tuatha De Bridget, we can offer Pagan's and Druids a chance to cerebrate every major festival of the Wheel of the Year, on the site of an Ancient Earthworks in beautiful woodland, so if you think you belong to any of the above, or you are perhaps a Hedge Witch or a Feral Druid, we are sure you will feel comfortable with this group. Official Permission

Although we have been meeting up to hold our rituals in one of the larger park's in Glasgow, we now have official written permission from Glasgow City Council to hold all eight major festivals of the Wheel of the Year here in the City!

This year our Beltane Ceremony has had to be changed due to another event in Pollok Park on the same day.
We will therefore have our ceremony at the old celtic date of Sunday May 14th 2006
