An online portal to the fascinating world of Tarantulas or Bird eating spiders ! These pages are designed as a basic guide to keeping these fantastic creatures, as PETS! Surprisingly if the guidelines are followed you can have a very unusual pet that is very easy to keep and will enthrall you for years!
Also if you would like to share a photo or two then please send the image/s in Jpeg format to the same address and We will post, with a credit, as time allows.
The care sheets are comprehensive guides for several species that are easy beginner spiders, for detailed information on species not mentioned please visit some of the web (no pun intended) sites on the link button.
From time to time We are asked for Spiderlings (or sling's as they are affectionately called in the hobby) and have posted a page with any spiderling's we have to offer.
These young spider's are all easy to keep and (If requested) full instructions will be sent with any order, again e-mail for availability.
If you don't see we may have! Time doesn't always allow for Web-site tinkering and so if you are searching for a particular spider, we may have some or we may do a spider search for you and get the best price possible from other hobbyist's. This also applies to other invert's.

Thanks Jay. Little chap arrived this morning. Very well packaged and clearly labelled. He was so happy in his little pot, that it took quite a bit of coaxing to make him leave. He seems very happy in his new home, having already dug a burrow and eaten a fly. Fascinating to watch. David - Kent
Oh my god, the Fluffy little Geezers arrived today and they are so beautiful and that well packaged they might as well have been made of glass! Thanks once again Jay they are brilliant, and the smithi I got last year is massive!

The boehmei and vagans (you sent) are doing great. The boehmei should be moulting again soon and the vagans just had another moult and is starting to show some colour. I'm so happy with the li'l monsters! Becca - Hull
