 DIRECTIONS.

Easily accessible from the M1.

Take the A610 (Junction 26) or A38 (Junction 28) towards Ripley, then the A610 towards Ambergate

Turn left and travel north on the A6 towards Matlock.

The village of Whatstandwell is on the A6 between Belper and Matlock Bath.

The most useful landmark is The Derwent Hotel, at a Z-bend where the A6 crosses the River Derwent.

The road to Wirksworth (B5035), Longway Bank, leads off this Z-bend.

If coming from the north, It is a rather awkward junction; from the south, the road is straight ahead.

Hillcrest is about ¼ mile from this junction, a little way back from the road,

and just after a left-hand bend at the top of the initial rise.

Please collect The Cottage key from Hillcrest
