SYNOPSIS
Dashing air ace Major Ellissen (Conrad Veidt) causes a sensation when he ‘steals’ the drawings to F.P.1 from the Lenartz shipyard. When confronted by the fiesty Claire Lenartz (Jill Esmond), he tells her about his best friend Captain Droste (Leslie Fenton) and his vision to build a refuelling platform in the middle of the Atlantic. This spurs her on to make that vision a reality. Although first attracted to the devil-may-care airman, when he disappears on a 'round the world flight, she falls for Droste. Everything is running smoothly, but industrial spies are bent on sabotaging the project and Ellissen returns…
