These Apartments are highly recommended for an excellent location and casual and friendly atmosphere. Aspa 1 Apartments are a great choice for a lively and funfilled holiday.
It is located above the Boomerang Restaurant in a central situation on a side street in Kos Town. The beach and harbour are just a 5 minute walk away. Aspa 1 does not have a pool, but our guests have free use of a swimming pool nearby.
We have studios, one and two bedroomed apartments .The studios comprise of a bedsitting room with twin beds and equiped kitchen, bathroom and balcony / terrace. The apartments are similar with bedrooms and living room.
Aspa 1 is a family owned complex and the ambience is friendly, helpful and informal.
