Floor & Vault Teams

These groups are designed for girls above General Gymnastics level. Each group focus on key core skills, coupled with Flexibility and Strength/Conditioning Training. An element of fun is maintained, in order for the groups to enjoy their gymnastics.

Our Display Teams are competetive groups. They take part in county and regional Floor & Vault competitions.

 

 

 

Places in these groups are by invitation.

The cost of the sessions (1 1/2 hours twice a week) is £50 pounds per 6 weeks.

You must also become a member of British Gymnastics, which includes a personal insurance scheme and club Membership £16.00 per year.

Gymnasts will require to have a club uniform if they have been chosen to take part in competitions.
